Our studios are on the 4th floor with lift of the prestigious building
IMPERIAL RESIDENCE
that you see in the photo above.
The studios all have a sea view and consist of a unique environment,
with living area and sleeping area and area, with a small kitchenette.
Each studio apartment has a
small private bathroom (without window) with wet room, sink and toilet.
For common use by all guests there is a large panoramic terrace overlooking the sea and mountains.
If you have pets, call us before booking. We do not accept aggressive animals.
The residence is located on the seafront of Viareggio. Shops, clubs, beach, pine forest and all services
they are within walking distance. The sea and the pine forest of Viareggio are just a few meters away.
Carnival parades pass in front of the palace.
Viareggio is a city full of life and on the move all year round.
Viareggio is located in Versilia a short distance from Forte dei Marmi,
but life in Viareggio costs less.
It's easy to see many super cars and famous VIPs in Viareggio.
The Viareggio train station is about 2 km away.
The closest airport is Pisa.
The port of Viareggio is about one km from our structure.
